Our Abi caravan was new in 2009 and has 3 bedrooms, central heating, double glazing, all mod-cons and home comforts

Graded GOLD by BUTLINS itself!

I chose this caravan after looking at quite a few similar makes and models. This one felt right the minute we stepped inside and offered us what we needed as a family to make it our perfect second home

There are 3 bedrooms & 6 beds (4 single & 1 double). We can take bookings for up to 6 people plus travel cot (to 8 by special arrangement)
The living room and kitchen is open-plan meaning there is room for a travel cot too and feels more spacious and less 'hemmed in'  when lots of people are inside. There is a double sofa-bed in the lounge
The doors and fittings look more luxurious so it feels more like a home than 'just a caravan'
There is room for all home comforts for all of our children and for us (we have 9 children ranging from 0-teen!) - TV,  microwave, oven, freezer, storage for toys and games
It's 36' x 12' so just perfect in width and length (10' caravans feel far too narrow I find)
There is a breakfast bar which overlooks the eating area meaning there is room for everyone to eat together (if they want to!)
There is a lovely view of the hills in the distance to the front
It's far enough from the on-site lake not to be a danger to small children - and yet near enough for you to go fishing (licence and rods needed) or feed the many ducks

We chose the pitch because it's tucked away at the back in a nice private corner which backs onto conservation area and allows our children to have room to play and make dens when they want a rest from the fun of Butlins and the beach.

It's also a nice retreat for us oldies when we want some peace and quiet and want to get the children to sleep! (Some noise can of course be heard when there are major concerts on - but we don't get the passing traffic or noise from people returning home in the evening or at 2am!)

Our caravan is cleaned and maintained by Butlins itself. They should be notified of any problems immediately if applicable.
